The Truecoach app will provide you with your training programme, demonstration video’s, progress tracking and the ability for you to upload your movements to allow for remote coaching and feedback.
Track your nutrition to ensure you are meeting the recommended macronutrient intake required to meet your goals.
Check in’s with your coach are vital to main accountability and will be done weekly or bi-weekly depending on your chosen programme package.
OVERTIME FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAMMES
All training programmes and sessions will be delivered via the Truecoach app. It is available to download on both iOS and Android. Truecoach is a first class online coaching platform which will allow you to view your sessions, watch a video demonstration of each exercise, interact with your Overtime Fitness coach, see your progress and much more.
Long gone are the days of spreadsheets, printing sessions out and not knowing what to do with it all! Everything you need for your bespoke training journey will be there in the palm of your hand, and your coach will be there to guide you.
We will work with you to identify your daily calorie and macronutrient requirements, and put measures in place to help you track and record your intake.
At Overtime Fitness we can’t stress enough how important good nutrition is towards your overall progress and success of your bespoke training programme. We firmly believe in the ‘gold standard’ of whole food nutrition. However, we can also advise you on supplements such as protein and creatine, and how they may be able to help you achieve your goals.
